Concerns with the developer's plans

Along Pfingsten Road, the building next to the access drive appears to create a blind spot, especially for pedestrians and bicyclists. This summer, many high-school-aged students could be seen riding bikes early in the morning, presumably GBN students riding to GBS for summer school, along this stretch of sidewalk.
